General Info
We offer free-shipping service worldwide. When we first ship to a new country, it will take a bit longer to figure out the logistics. But no worries, your orders are in good hands. We will make sure your orders are delivered safe and sound.
Processing Time
- 3-5 days for in-stock products
- 8-15 days for pre-order products
- Custom Orders May Take Longer
Delivery Time
- 5-10 days for "Regular Size" Order Packages
- 20-30 days for "Oversized" Order Packages
You'll get a confirmation right after you place your order and another one with your tracking number once it's on its way! Tracking may take 2-5 days to start. If you need any help, just drop us an email.
Special Conditions
Oversized Items
Please note that oversized items, such as cat trees and furniture, they are mostly fulfilled through sea freights. They do incur longer shipping time. And your orders' tracking will only be available when they arrived in your country and handed to local shipping carrier.
Pre-order Items
Pre-order items are either products we are preparing to launch, or preparing to restock. We aim to restock our popular products about every 10 days~ So if the item you like is out-of-stock, just pre-order & save 15% for the waiting period 🥳
Made-to-Order
Customizable Products or Pet Art Products are usually made-to-order. It means we will only make it after an order is placed. We will try our best to get you order out asap. But if you need your order made in a certain time, please reach out first before placing your order.
Holiday Shipping
Plan ahead to avoid shipping delays for Holiday Shoppings! If there is a substantial delay from the average shipping time, we will notify you via email. 🎂🎇🎃👻🎄
Duties & Taxes
Although we offer free shipping worldwide, Custom Duties & Taxes are not free.
We ship from two countries. One is where we are located and the other is from China.
We are currently located in the US (moving our base to Australia soon, TBD). For products we have stocks in the US, you won't have to pay any duties for domestic orders, otherwise, for product we stocked in our Chinaware house, Duties & Taxes are the same as all the international orders.
For international orders and items coming straight from China, import taxes may apply, depending on your country's international trading rules.
These taxes are your responsibility, not ours. Just keep in mind that import taxes aren't part of your shipping costs, and we won't receive them. The carrier will usually collect them for your local government.
