They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

- We do accept returns within 14 days of the package arrival date. To encourage a more responsible shopping lifestyle, it is the buyers' responsibility to pay for the return shipping postages.

- We will only refund you if the items are in their original conditions. It is okay they are out of their original packages, but they can not be stained, damaged, or show any signs of heavy usage. ALL RETURNS UNBOXING WILL BE RECORDED AS EXTRA PROOF IF NEEDED.

-Your 100% satisfaction is essential for us. However, with the variety of products we have, we only offer a 15-day Exchange Policy on our apparel & toys only:

- Timing: We have a 15-days Return & Exchange Policy since the day item was received. To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unused, undamaged exchanges; please email hugloveproduct@gmail.com with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name, and the reason for the exchange.

- We will provide the instructions on where to send returned goods.

- Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items. When an item is received and inspected, the customer gets a confirmation email notifying them about the status of the exchange.
