Take a little more time to ensure the color and the size of our products are what you want before placing an order. Just a few minutes of extra thinking can avoid many hassles of the return process and you & your 🐱🐶 can start enjoying our products immediately.

RECEIVE & INSPECT YOUR ORDER

  • It is essential for you to inspect your order upon delivery. Although we check & package our products individually, there is still the chance that we miss things. Please check your items' condition. Hug Love Product will issue an exchange or a full refund, including shipping, for any damaged, defective, or miss-shipped items.
  • Please attach a picture or video of the item(s) showing its original packaging & defective parts.

EXCHANGE SIZE/COLOR

  • Upon receiving, if you would like to exchange for a different size or color, Hug Love Product is here to provide solutions for your satisfaction. However, we approach exchange for size/color differently to promote a responsible shopping lifestyle.
  • General Rules: Item(s) must be returned and approved for exchange. Products returned must be undamaged to be approved for exchange. (For apparel, general signs of try-on are acceptable)
  • Color: We spend a lot of time delivering the right color to you when photographing our products. We would gladly process your request for a color change, however, to promote responsible shopping, you will need to cover a portion of the shipping postage of the exchange process. You will need to pay for your return postage, but we will send out the exchanged color item without additional shipping when we receive and approve your return.
  • Size: As pet owners that have shopped around pet apparel often, we also struggle to find the correct & comfortable sizes for our 🐱🐶. We do try our best to provide a comprehensive measurements and sizing references for all our products in the descriptions. However, if the size of your order still doesn't fit. We will gladly exchange a better size for you. You will need to pay for your return postage, but we will send out the exchanged size without additional shipping when we receive and approve your return.
  • Contact us for a return shipping label for your item(s) & when we receive and approve your return, we will send out the exchanged size to you. Note: General signs of try-on are acceptable, but any damages or heavy wear are not eligible for an exchange.
  • Another Approach: If you want the exchange process to be expedited, you can start a return process with the item(s) that need to be exchanged and place another order with the item(s) in the correct size/color. The time will be cut in half.

Refund

CONDITIONS

  • Refunds are processed within seven business days of receipt of your return.
  • For FULL REFUNDS, returns must be in the same state as when you received them, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. (Minor signs of try-on are acceptable for apparel items)
  • Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  • The return send-out date must not exceed 14 days from when the original order was received.
